Arizonans should have the freedom to make their own reproductive health decisions. A judge is never more qualified to make decisions about a patient’s health than the patient and their health care provider.

Protect Abortion Rights in Arizona

In May of 2024, the Arizona Supreme Court ruled against preserving abortion access and in favor of reinstating a total abortion ban that dates back before women even had the right to vote. If this ban hadn’t quickly been repealed, thousands of Arizonans would be denied access to abortion — even in cases of rape and incest. But abortion could still be banned in Arizona.

Since the 2022 U.S. Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade, Arizonans have no federal protection for their reproductive freedom. Our state courts are now an even more critical guard against attacks on our abortion rights.

Arizonans need a fair judiciary that will protect our rights. This year, Arizona voters will decide whether to vote out two of the Supreme Court justices who voted to uphold the total, 160-year old abortion ban, Clint Bolick and Kathryn King.

Vote No to Retain Bolick and King

These justices are out of touch with the majority of Arizonans, who believe that abortion is a decision that should be left between a patient and their doctor. Our message is clear: Arizonans won’t allow judges to take away our reproductive freedom.

If Justices Bolick and King are removed from the court by voters, a panel of legal experts gets to recommend a list of bipartisan candidates to the governor for appointment to the Arizona State Supreme Court, providing a critical opportunity to create a fairer court.
